The Emotional Wellbeing Stress and Anxiety: Steps to Understand and Ways to Ease this Experience online workshop will take place at lunchtime, from 1-2 pm on Wednesday the 3rd and 10th of February, which is open to DCU students. Ruan Kennedy will facilitate this online workshop.
