What is the DCU Engage Student Award?
The DCU Engage Student Award is DCU’s flagship award which is endorsed by IBEC and recognised by some of Ireland’s biggest employers. The award officially recognises extracurricular engagement, allowing graduates to highlight the additional skills that they have developed at University.

The Silver Engage Student Award encourages the development of practical career-planning skills, in addition to the 21st century skills valued by employers, such as communication and leadership. It’s a great addition to your CV and will help you to stand out from the crowd!
The Silver Award consists of 3 core elements – the Career Interest Inventory Assessment, the Career and Workplace Skills Series and the Graduate Attributes reflective essay - which combined will give you the edge when it comes to finding and landing the perfect job for you.
