Your SU Team 2020/2021

Hello everyone! We are back!

My name is Fearghal Lynch and I am your Students' Union President.
To our new students welcome to DCU! I really hope you enjoyed Orientation as much as we did, the engagement and feedback over the last two weeks was amazing and greatly appreciated! Congratulations on joining the DCU family.
To all of our returning students, welcome back, I hope you and your families are all keeping well during these strange times and you enjoyed your (elongated) summer! The world is a crazy place at the moment but hopefully, we’ll be back to normality before too long! I’m ecstatic for the year ahead and I can promise you that the DCUSU Team of 2020/2021 has been working extremely hard all summer to guarantee you have the best University experience possible. Myself, Chloe, Lucien, Dean and Dylan are your 5 full-time Sabbatical officers, along with 11 part-time officers who are always here to help you. We may not always have all the answers straight away, but we can definitely point you in the correct direction, please feel free to contact us through our emails which can be found on
dcusu.ie or through our DCUSU social media. We love to hear from you. I wish every single one of you the best of luck as we embark on this academic year. Remember to keep your distance and to keep safe. It’s really important we all remember to pick up your phone and make sure you check in with your friends. We are all in this together! Let me introduce your Vice-Presidents with a couple of helpful tips for you all heading into this year.
